Calibration : On-site
On-site calibration is often a necessity depending on the size and nature of equipment. But it's also a very convenient solution for busy clients.
Again, clients have a range of options to fit their way of working:we can work to British Standard procedures; a client's existing procedures; or even create new procedures where required for clients to hold at their facility.
UKAS calibrations can be carried out on-site to Height Gauges, Surface Tables, Profile Projectors and Co-ordinate measuring machines.
Where it provides best value, we will often 'implant' one of our engineers within a business to carry out batch calibration work on all equipment, followed up by skilled IT staff to update the client's gauge management system. A real peace-of-mind solution.
Items such as Micrometers, scales, calipers, indicators, torque, pressure, height gauges, surface tables and DMMs can all be calibrated in-situ with the added benefit of never having to leave the client's facility.
