About The Role:

Join Avon Dynamic Calibration as a Marketing Specialist, steering the commercialization efforts for UK businesses within the NMi Group. As the linchpin for go-to-market success, you’ll collaborate daily with marketing, sales, and calibration experts, transforming marketing strategies into measurable sales successes and client delight.

Located near Bristol, you will work in tandem with the NMi Group HQ marketing team in Delft, the Netherlands, delivering essential marketing support for NMi Group calibration businesses in the Southwest, Southeast and West Midlands.

Your reporting lines? Matrixed excellence! Directly reporting through the Head of Marketing in the Netherlands and the Avon Dynamic Calibrations Managing Director. Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team’s contribution to the sales process through messaging, strategic positioning, and marketing project management.
  • Engage with NMi Group UK calibration businesses to optimize the customer journey.
  • Ideate and execute online marketing campaigns, own or 3rd party events, and sales collateral for effective customer acquisition and overall sales funnel optimization.

 

Develop strategies that:

  • Advance awareness of all NMi Group brands.
  • Identify, actively pursue, and qualify prospects.
  • Deepen existing client relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technical or professional service background.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, balancing competing priorities across different businesses.
  • Passionate ambassador for brand marketing, ensuring impactful regional activity within a consistent brand.
  • Proficient in content and campaign management, digital marketing, events planning, and SEO.
  • Exceptional native English communication skills, including copywriting.
  • Commuting distance to Bristol, UK, with a valid UK work permit.

Desirable skills:

  • Marketing, business, or similar training.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot and Microsoft Office.
